It’s time to build yourself a Strong Base. A building structure is only as strong as its foundation. Think of yourself the same way. You cannot expect to squat 200lbs without first taking the time to learn proper form under an empty barbell.
I wrote this program for my girls who are not beginners, but don’t have a ton of time or technique under their belt. I want you to learn to use a bar safely and then learn to know what it means to truly push yourself.
I have built a structured training program that is easy to follow. You will have a plan to follow with the exact sets, reps, and rest times each time you go to the gym.
Do not worry about having to google each exercise. There are video links for every single exercise embedded into the program so you can get a good understanding of what your form should look like.
Plan about an hour at the gym.
