Intro to the Gym is your beginner's guide to weightlifting. Whether this is your first time venturing through the weights section of the gym or your first time following a structured training program, I got you.

I wrote this program because so many online programs are targeted for people with experience in a gym, not for beginners.
Intro to the Gym is very user friendly. I have built a structured training program that is easy to follow. You will have a plan to follow each time with the exact sets, reps and rest times each time you go to the gym.
Do not worry about having to google each exercise. There are video links for every single exercise embedded into the program so you can get a good understanding of what your form should look like.
Even if you have experience with lifting through classes or group training I would encourage you to start here. Build a good foundation, then you can move on to my more intermediate and advanced programs
