Are you looking to build your strength for the big 3, squat, bench and deadlift? Well how about that and hip thrusts?
You will learn to really push yourself out of your comfort zone.
If you are someone who has typically followed circuit style training with lots of exercises and minimal rest I urge you to try this program. Reap the benefits of low rep ranges with long rest periods.
I don't think you'll ever look back.
Progressive Overload is built into the program. I've laid out how to increase weight on the bar to ensure you see strength gains.
With the combination of going hard on pure strength moves and accessory lifts there will be no muscles left behind!
No need to guess on form either. You will find video links for every single exercise embedded into the training program. This way you can watch the demo at the gym when you are training. No need to search YouTube to find a video.

Any of my training programs can be done in a deficit HOWEVER, if you truly want to be as strong as possible I recommend a small surplus or at least eating at maintenance at this time.
"515lb hip thrusts for reps. Most I've ever had on the bar. 600 here I come" Ashley
