Advanced Hypertrophy is intelligent programming that works on intensity rather than high volume. You want results? Then you've got to push. You will understand what it means to push to failure and on what exercises it's safe to do so.

Program Details:

  • 3 month advanced gym training program in PDF form you keep forever.
  • Lifts are geared specifically for muscle building so things like deadlifts are replaced with Romanian deadlifts. Lunges rather than squats.
  • 4 days of lifting with 2 upper and 2 lower days.
  • Train hard and recover well

 

Any of my training programs can be done in a deficit HOWEVER, if you truly want to maximize muscle growth the I recommend a small surplus during this time.
